Tonights Workout

This consisted of 5 x 5 x 20 metre sprints with a 2 minute rest in between each set. All in all a great workout to shed fat, lots of explosive power required. Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 Spartans were missing.

  2. The sprints tonight were so good at shedding the fat as they were basically a form of tabata training. It was good to blast a few reps out on the track even if it was taxing on the old Central Nervous System.
